Seven Seas Cruising Association monitors 30 states across the US and works with three other organizations - America’s Great Loop Cruisers’ Association; DeFever Cruisers; Marine Trawler Owners Association – to preserve our rights. This webinar is with Lobbyist Jerry Paul to discuss the FLORIDA regulatory issues which will surface during the legislative session starting in March 2021. Key is the possible lost of anchorage in West Palm Beach, Florida/replacement by mooring fields faced by our cruisers as they anchor and navigate our waterways. SSCA is focused on what will be needed in the future to support citizens' rights to transit and their access to and use of public waterways such as the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW) and anchorages.
