SSCA & St. Augustine Sailing Announce Ladybug Event / Spring GAM
St. Augustine, Florida — March 6–8, 2026
The Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) and St. Augustine Sailing are pleased to announce a jointly produced Ladybug Spring Conference, GAM & Sailing Weekend, taking place Friday–Sunday, March 6–8, 2026, at Camachee Cove Marina in St. Augustine.
This collaborative weekend blends SSCA’s classroom-based cruising seminars with hands-on, on-the-water instruction aboard Ladybug Sailing vessels, creating a flexible learning environment where theory and practice run side-by-side.
Participants may choose CLASSROOM or ON-BOARD formats during designated time blocks, while still sharing joint sessions, social events, and dockside discussions throughout the weekend. The design allows sailors to tailor their experience—whether they prefer in-depth discussion, real-time sailing application, or a combination of both.
Event Highlights
- Parallel classroom seminars and on-board sailing sessions
- Practical cruising education focused on decision-making, skills, and real-world application
- Shared dockside learning, networking, and social gatherings
- Hosted at a full-service marina with immediate access to local sailing waters
Who Should Attend
The event is open to:
- SSCA members
- St. Augustine Sailing School participants
