More on the Sailboat Show:

Nestled on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, Annapolis is renowned as America’s Sailing Capital, possessing a maritime legacy over three centuries strong. The Annapolis Sailboat Show, held from October 10-14, 2024, is the world’s largest in-water sailboat show, drawing sailors and manufacturers from across the globe. This event is the ultimate sailing celebration, where attendees can tour a vast array of boats – from sleek daysailers to a 90-foot replica of a 19th-century Baltimore clipper – and explore a boating bazaar featuring everything from life jackets and rigging to handcrafted navigational tools and artisanal bourbon.

The charm of downtown Annapolis is just steps away, offering a smorgasbord of culinary delights with local specialties like softshell crab sandwiches and fresh oysters. For those with a less adventurous palate, there are a variety of American, Thai, Italian, and sushi restaurants to choose from. You can find a tavern where George Washington drank or a taco bar serving margaritas, all within walking distance of the show.

With over 200 sailboats on display, including premiering models like the Dufour 44 and Garcia Exploration 52, the show is a must-see for those seeking the latest in sailing innovation. And it’s also a social hub where you might share a drink with an America’s Cup sailor or a seasoned circumnavigator.

What’s more, the Vacation Basin at this years show will feature more than 25 charter companies offering exclusive deals on trips to locations around the globe.

The Annapolis Sailboat Show is a sailor's paradise. All that's missing is you.
