Awards and Recognition

Over the years, SSCA has created different awards to honor fellow cruisers.  Nominations for awards can be made at any time by members.  Upon receipt of the application, Home Base will send it to the Awards Committee for consideration.  Award recipients are usually announced in the November Cruisers' Bulletin and awards are traditionally presented at the Annual General Meeting at the St. Augustine Gam held in November.  The 2025 awards nomination window is now closed.  Any nominations submitted now will be considered in the summer of 2026 for the awards that will be presented at the next annual meeting.
