Depends. Is this a Personal Water Craft, like a jet ski or boat. If a jet ski then you get wet or sit under a bridge. If a boat, get a top, like a convertible top for a car. I have a bimini top for my ski boat that keeps me pretty dry, even under way in the rain.
The water is always bluer on the other side of the ocean.
