Smithy's (Lagoon St.) is across the street from Prince Rupert Bay - a yellow and white 3-story building between Fort Shirley National Park and the town of Portsmouth. Look for feather banners at the entrance with a tall white and red Smithy's sign on the side. There is a new dock right on the Bay across the road from Smithy’s for dinghies. There is also the PAYS dock and facility slightly to the north.
